The Office
A private dashboard one person runs for their own sites and mailbox.
The Office collects data the owner already has access to — search analytics for their own websites, subscription figures, and notification emails sent to a mailbox they control — and shows it on a single private dashboard. It is used by one person. There is no sign-up, no public interface, and no second user.
Why this app asks for Gmail access
Some sources have no feed or API, so they are watched by email instead: a forum emails a notification when a thread is posted, and a job board emails an alert when a matching role appears. The Office reads those notification emails from a single mailbox the owner controls, to pull out the title, the link and the date. The permission is read-only: it cannot send, delete or alter mail.
